Our delivery option provides you with everything you need to electronically deliver all aircraft reservation information to your line techs for fulfillment. Once completed, each transaction is then sent back to
your back office system to become an invoice in minutes. With our Line Service Management Console your personnel will have complete visibility to the status of each aircraft being worked on your local or remote ramps.
Each package consists of a Motorola/Symbol handheld terminal, Zebra portable receipt printer and Truck mounted recharging
cradle, all connected to our network to serve the collection of your remote fueling data. We feature Motorola terminals with
a IP54 rating enabling it to operate in cold, heat, rain and survive a 4 foot drop. We also feature Zebra portable 2 inch receipt
printers .
The devices are easy to use
and with our state of the art network infrastructure DataCollect can be up and running quickly.
Through our network we can reach all the way to the terminal to provide training, device maintenance and proactive technical support.
We also provide access to both
your fueling data and your fueling authorizations from anywhere in the world using Datacollect Web.
Our DataCollect Financial Console can then take your information from the DataCollectWeb and import it into Total FBO, FBO Manager,
CORRIDOR, Excel, Peachtree or Quickbooks or what ever else you might be using to create invoices. The Financial Console also pulls out fueling orders from either of these
software systems and uploads them to the DataCollectWeb where they are synchronized with the handheld terminals operating
out on the ramp.
Our hardware technology is based upon the field proven Motorola line of products. The MC 75 has a IP56 drop rating
protecting it from a 4 foot drop while providing water resistance to rain and snow. These devices provide wireless
conectivity capabilities to transmit your data to and from your fuel truck where ever cellular service exists. The
hardware package is also capable of voice communications, text and email messaging, barcode scanner, camera and a GPS.
We feature light-weight portable wireless printers from Zebra. These devices are state of the art 2" receipt printers
that comnect to the terminal via Bluetooth communcations. The printers are rechargable and can communicate with the
terminals up to 30 feet in distance.
Completing the truck hardware is the Terminal Cradle Mount. This perminent vehicle mount provides power to the terminal
while out in the field eliminating the need for periodic device charging or battery changes during shifts. It also interfaces
into the JBUS of the truck to provide future enhancements such as collecting telemetry from your vehicles.
